You're on the wrong board. You gotta be on GUS for true strength training

Wolf is right, you post in the wrong board.

Anyway to give you and idea.

In my own personal experience, its really hard to specialize in two strength workout specially bench press and deads. at start you will peak up both of your bench and deads but in the long run you will suffer one of the other. Your deads may go up and your bench may go down or vice versa.

To give you an example of workout. You may split your program into 3 day workout.

Day 1
Legs
Day 2
bench
Day 3
deadlift

Hope this help you with your question.
