Stupid reverse hypers
So anyways this is kind of dumb but iv'e been having problems crushing my quads while doing hypers. I tried several different positions for my legs but when i extend my back they just get crushed! I even tried putting a mat over the pads and that didn't work. Has anyone else ran into this? I've been struggling with it for awhile now and its gotten bad enough to where i wont do them...any ideas?
