that was the worst for me too.

I'm going to try the rep out set this week, (while lowering the weight a little), to see what happened. I always like to experiment with different combinations to see what my limits are and this is def. one of those combos.

I find that on overhead press the most limiting factor is my lower back. my shoulds can push a shit load of wieght, but when that arch is over exerted, my strength goes to shit. Super setting with deads is really rough for this reason (ala waterbury hybrid).

But shit, it feels good when you stop so keep on with it hahahah

my lower back is my weak point also. That is one area that I'm hoping to beef up with Deads, goodmornings and Pull throughs.
