Thanks for all the great info. I had a quick question: Ideally, should this program be ran M/W/F or on a one day on/one day off cycle? So M/W/F/Su for the first week and then Tu/Thu/Sat for the second week.

mon/wen/fri/mon/wen/fri this is how should be and only this way!!!trust me!
