Default direction on growth

I am a big dude I use to weigh 285 now I weigh 254. I have been working out for a few months and I seem to be addicted to weights. I am losing weight but It seems I am not getting the form of my chest when lifting weights, I do inclines, declines, bench, and flys. I am taking whey protein and amino, I am increasing my weights amount when lifting. I am lifting 4 days a week along with arms, shoulders, and back. How many times a week should I work on chest so I can allow for rest. What is the best excercise for results for chest. Saturday & Monday I do chest and shoulders (that when I really push the limt on Saturday) Sunday & Tuesday arms and back.. Wednesday I jog or cardio. Thursday cardio.. Friday I rest. When I rest it feels like my body is weak. The only time I can see results when I am finish lifting or during lifting. Can some give direction....

LOL!!! You dont do legs, how sad.

And this is your second thread about your chest. Lift heavy and EAT and you'll grow.

And by you weighing 254 means nothing without saying bodyfat and height.

Why dont you pick a real program. One with legs and that allows for proper rest. Start with the sticky's, then ask questions.

You definitely need some squats in there if you aren't doing them allready. These will help you pack weight on your entire body.

If you are trying to gain you need to make sure you have sufficient calories. Don't be afraid to eat some healthy fat as well to get in some extra calories to help your body grow. Your body needs fat. Eating fat does not necessarily equate with getting fat.

Well for starters doing chest on saturday and monday is to close together to allow adequate recovery. Secondaly unless you wanna look like V man start doing some legs otherwise you'll look retarded. What about some core work?

What's your goal? Size or weight loss?
