Thanks guys . Since finishing up my basement and with my gym membership coming up to a end (2months left) I have been able to talk the wife into letting me buy / build some equipment and make a small gym in my basement - This stuff helps alot.

BTW, that's for the extremely cheap. I'm pretty sure that playground rings (the kind you'd find on a playset or at your playground) would work fine for most of us and can be had for about 12 to 40 bucks...pro rings are VERY expensive.
See, I even think you can take advantage of some stuff in a small apartment... of course you might piss off your neighbors But let's face it, in NYC someone is going to piss someone else off, you might as well be the guy doing it, and your neighbors might as well be getting the brunt of it... what makes them so special? I'd show them a thing or two by doing some split jerks right in the living room at 2am.
