Are you competing in a bodybuilding show ? Why do you want to lose so much , so fast ?

Like others said the faster you lose the more muscle you will lose - take it slow and try to maintain .

I don't know what your current diet is ( you should post it ) but you prob only need to make a few small changes. But we can't tell you anything without knowing what your doing.

can you please tell me the best diet/ exercise. i really don't want to lose my 17.5 inch arms i worked for 3.5 years i am not an easy gainer you know. It takes me about a year just to gain ONE inch. my diet is to eat everything but less and through out the day.

Go cook 3lbs of chicken breasts
1lb of rice

and eat this all day long every day !
