Depends on how strong your fat is.

The question you should be asking is "If I lose fat, will I also lose muscle?" The answer is, "most likely". If you do a very slow recomposition, you should be able to keep muscle loss to a minimum. Technically you could get stronger while losing muscle, I think. If you go on a pretty hardcore cutting cycle, then you will definitely lose muscle mass.

It's all very relative. I have no idea what your diet is currently, your proposed diet, your experience, your routine, body type, etc, etc.

All of those factors come into play.

2lb a week is actually quite a bit. I almost guarantee you'll lose muscle at that rate.

your bench will be 250 and your squat will be 225.

It was sarcasm. There are too many variables to tell exactly if you will lose strength and how much.
