Default DoggCrapp/Dante training

the methods are a bit different to anything i'd tried before, and its NOT easy but it produces great gains both in strength and mass. it is very demanding, both in & outside of the gym. i had done it once before and it worked very well for me, and i've started up again this past week and all i can say is wow.

has anyone else tried his methods? i'd like to see what some of you other peeps think of 'em.

I have never even heard of it, does it have something to with working out with dumbbells and weights made of dog crap?

Interesting read for sure. The last time I tried something completely different from my usual routine was HST. Needless to say, 8 pound loss However, I could see taking the stretching portion and incorperating it in my current routine for sure.

I think it was about 5 weeks. The program had me doing 25 pound dumbbells for side laterals, stuff like that. No wonder! That's proof enough that heavy weight equals mass.

I dont care what workout program that I follows, I am not going more than 10% down on the weights that I lift. I just tweak the program according to my own interest.

if you do the DC training, you're gonna have to seriously drop some weights to do it correctly (the strength comes back fairly quickly though). if you try to do it with your normal poundages, you'll probably kill yourself lol

Like I said, I tweak it in a sensible way. Man, I love that name, Dog Crap. Huh huh.
