Default DoggCrapp/Dante training

the methods are a bit different to anything i'd tried before, and its NOT easy but it produces great gains both in strength and mass. it is very demanding, both in & outside of the gym. i had done it once before and it worked very well for me, and i've started up again this past week and all i can say is wow.

has anyone else tried his methods? i'd like to see what some of you other peeps think of 'em.

I have never even heard of it, does it have something to with working out with dumbbells and weights made of dog crap?

lol, far from it...

here is a summary someone put together. this guy trains people and has turned some dudes into serious monsters. have talked with him online and he knows his stuff...

Interesting read for sure. The last time I tried something completely different from my usual routine was HST. Needless to say, 8 pound loss However, I could see taking the stretching portion and incorperating it in my current routine for sure.

If u try it, let us know if it worked for u 311. Damn, 8 pound loss, in how long?? 10 Weeks??

Does anyone have any more feedback/experience regarding this routine? I'm starting a new program Monday and I'm leaning towards DC.

its quite boring to be honest.....i did it....wish i had eaten a LOT more...its not a magic pill and to be honest, i got better results doing much simpler and easier programs
