ive completed the 5x5 program that i read about. i think it was a great program to improve srength. highly recomended.
ive gained alot of strength by it, gained about 12kg on my bench. so im pretty happy.
now what do i go onto to do? any suggestions? would i go back to doing a weight that i can push 8-10 time for 3 sets?
do i start to cut up now that ive done a bulking stage? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
