If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Awesome article!
This should be required reading for anyone mature enough to wrap their head around it.
Completely applicable in everyday life... not just in the gym.
Bravo, Sir....

Eric - great write, man. From our conversation recently you know who I'm thinking about as you write this... there's a post from him on his forum just today saying "Decide who your coach is going to be, and follow his advice"... (and don't fuck with the program).

I know at one time I was guilty of this but, a big part of training is evolving your thought process and learning to train for yourself.
Nice article, well done E.

Thanks a lot guys.
TALO you know I was just messin. Honestly I really do get these questions a lot about where to get the information, you know, but I get this feeling like people are dissapointed in the answer. Like I'm brushing them off but I really am being truthful.
Look at what I'm saying in the article and then what Cradler said about you-know-who, haha, and then you can go to this other place, will call it, Strengthmill.com for lack of a better name, and see how many answers you-know-who really provides. Then thing about what the motivation REALLY is about the "find a coach" thing.

We'll call him Mark
I was thinking about "overthinking", no pun intended, and it remined me of a perfect example and something that sort of turns it all around.
In the Powerlifting Forum there is a Texas Method writeup. In that I try to break it down and with a lot of effort...to SIMPLIFY it. To make it more realistic in the "real world".
So some of that was linked or posted on another forum and some people were trying to use some of philosophies I expressed and of course some "gurus" had to come on and say they were "overthinking" it.
So fucking ironic. My WHOLE point is that the intensity volume days followed by PR attempts, lol, is unrealistic and that TM as told in PP is overthought! It's too complicated and unrealistic. The fact that I bothered to differ at all meant I was overthinking even though my whole effort was bent on the KISS method.

BTW, I don't want to turn this, or any other thread into a MR bash. He has contributed way too much to our understanding for that. It's just one of those over-reaction things. So I'm saying let's just take a moderate viewpoint and keep the skeptic hat on about everything.
