Default Dr. Stuart McGill

Check out http://www.sportsrehabexpert.com/public/195.cfm?sd=2 for a 75 minute interview with Dr. Stuart McGill. Found the link from Leigh Peele's website.

I listened for about 20 minutes. Good stuff. I first tried recording it to disk using a freeware application. Gave up after 2nd attempt and then used a program I already had on my computer (Easy Media Creator). Worked fine and even had options to disable system sounds during the recording. Burned it to CD and will not listen to the rest when I am driving.

I have finished about 80% of Dr. McGill's [u]Ultimate Back Fitness and Performance[/i]. The interview contains a lot of the information the information in the book but not to the same level of detail.

Hey there are some others at the bottom of the page worth checking out as well. Gray Cook and Mike Boyle...

Yeah but the other links require membership. Maybe I will join for a month and take advantage of as much as possible.
