Default Eat To Gain, Then Train?

I've been thinking about something......I'm 135 lbs. right now, and I'm trying to get alot bigger. I also want to work out, to get into shape. BUT, my fear is that if I work out, and try to eat to gain weight all at the same time, that the working out will will get rid of anything that I gain from the food I eat. Sooo.....should I spend some time just focusing on a good diet that will help me gain weight, then worry about workout's? Or do them both at the same time?
