I posted on it a while back...but only because I'm deadlfit obsessed.

I'm pretty sure that Phillipi has maxed over 800 on deads. So that was like a slice in time. But my problem is that I HATE percentage based routines like that at least for a general audience.

P.S. I mean I don't like the percentage based for the max deads. On the speed deads that is a little different as it is designed to just work up your strength-speed systematically and there just isn't a better way to do that then move up though the intensities in the strength-speed realm.
