yeah I dont think I do declines enough, i might have to add that in here at some point.

I don’t do declines very much either but I do dips. One of the best overall exercises out there IMOP

i do wieghted dips on a regular basis. But i'm wondering if putting them with declines would be benificial. I know it would be easier on my shoulder then incline.

If you're doing decline barbell, use a closer grip than with bench press. More benefit plus more weight. Wide grip spells disaster. I think most people side step declines because usually their upper chest is lagging, not lower.
