Default Need Guidence

Hey dudes i need help i want bigger arms and shoulders i need to no wat i need 2 do at the gym to improve these areas. Ive been going to gym on and off for the past 2 years and any assistance would be appricated. thanx

You need to write without the internet slang. You also need to provide your current routine and diet if anyone's going to help.

True dat.

Capital letters and punctuation are actually your friends! It takes no more time to type a capital letter than it does to type a lower case one. You don't need shortcuts here...this isn't an IM (or PM or whatever) or a chat room. It is a message board.

I don't wanna hijack the thread but:

When posting messages, or whenever writing or typing anything, you need to write to your audience. If you want to be understood by most people, it is best to write (type) in complete sentences with punctuation. Capital letters and proper spacing make it much easier on the eyes to read also.

I don't care is you are "used to" typing that way, and "all my buds do it". If anything, think of it as a small invesment in time that may pay a big dividend in that your question might be answered by more people. And you might even get better answers other than the smartass ones I've posted.

You don't have to be Mr. or Mrs. English teacher and have perfect grammar or spelling. But at least make an effort. Trust me, it will pay off in the end.
