I wouldn't recommend crossfit. There are some cool individual exercises you can choose but there is not real direction or organization to the philosophy. I didn't realize that Dave was recommending it..if he was..I'll have to disagree with him on that. For individual pieces of info..crossfit can be good..for the big picture it's a load of nonsense, imo.

I mean here you are trying to come up with a plan and once you spend a bunch of time looking into crossfit you'll find that it's "workout's of the day" (WOD) which are more or less frigging random. Random stimuli...random results.
