endurence workout vs absolute strength

Default endurence workout vs absolute strength

What would be the best way toi train for endurence and strength?

My freind says its very, very had to do, making it almost impossible, but i dont believe him.

not to sure about this one. there are a few stickys/topics (not to sure about the sticky part but i know that there is a topic) that have links to many different types of workouts
