Default everything you know..

aight guys ivs been weighttraining for about a year and ive been getting some results but im looking to step it up and get real dedicated to this so i was wondering if one of your guys that been training for a while can give me a tough weight training routine,a tough cardio routine, and a great diet to help cut fat at first then start helping me build some lean muscle ,everything,ive wanted to push my self farther but i didnt have it in me but i finally got the modavation now i just need the right set up to get me going,so could one of you more experience people help me out ,and give me the whole 411

"Whole 411"?

Stick with the basic exercises; bench, shoulder presses, squats, barbell curls. And keep the reps in the 8-14 range.

And I agree with the previous poster, check out the stickys.
