Supersets: While I've heard different definitions, I think of this as doing sets that work opposite muscles back to back. For example, doing bench press, then doing a set of rows immediately afterward. The other definition is just doing a set of a different exercise after your first set, with no rest in between.

Depends on what you are going for and if you do them correctly. You can throw them into your training program to mix things up a little bit.

Personally, I would separate each letter group (you know, all the A's looking like one paragraph, then a space, followed by the B's and so on).
Does that make sense? If you added that dictionary like the one Admin posted, your list would be better than the original. I would vote to have yours replace it... |

There appears to be some limit to how large a myofibril can become: at some point, they split. These events appear to occur within each muscle fiber. That is, hypertrophy results primarily from the growth of each muscle cell, rather than an increase in the number of cells.
