You still havent told me if you are on creatine also. I have to constantly go to the bathroom when I am on creatine (which is throughout the year) because of the gallons of water that I chug down. :D

I don't think you drink enough water through out the day so your body dosent' stay balanced.

C'mon Apoc, play nice. We are trying to expand the member base in this forum, not drive them out. ;)

Anyways this is his intro: My name is Steve, I'm 22 year old. I'm 5-8 and 150 lbs. I'm a senior at UC Berkeley. I've been training seriously only for the last couple of months

By training seriously for a couple months, it tells me that he doesn't know a whole lot about anything:supplements, training, diet. Maybe he's just confused, who knows. He's not stupid, he goes to UC Berkley. Just lets post what we think then move on. Either he takes our advice or he doesn't. Either way, no skin off my nose...

I wasnt trying to drive him out, he just didnt seem to care no matter what we say. I cant really say its the juice that I am taking that's making me mad, I havent touched anything in over a year. :D
