OK, I'm done. This was the final nail in the coffin. I blatantly pointed out problems with your diet, progression and consistency. Your lack of cardio has nothing to do with anything, in fact it would help bulk if anything. How about you take some of the advice given to you instead of ignoring it? You're not some sort of mystical creature that is immune to a training effect. You're desperately grasping at straws to find the right answer to your problem. You clearly don't know shit about fuck.
