lol wolf. you're funny. helpful too.

oh wait.

shit.

dear wolf,

please clearly explain how I "rejected everyone's advice" I'd really love to know. I've modified my routines, diet, sleeping habits, even rep range because of taking everyones advice very very seriously.

stop wasting everyone's time with your unnecessary arrogant comments. thanks.

put up or shut up.

I think Wolf was only stating his opinion which he is entitled to, saying put up or shut up is actually an unnessecary and very arrogant comment.

Edit- what i initially worte i had to sign back inand paste, but i wound up copying something else and posting it by mistake. i odnt feel like rewrtiing everything i initially wrote so this is a summary

darkvision. in my honest opinion. you need to just srcap lifting weight for a while. in all honesty not to embarass you or make you feel bad, but your numbers are low, especially for you lifting for a whole year. you dont seem like an athletic guy in any way shape or form

i say this to say you need to crawl befor eyou can walk, and walk before you can run. so i suggestioins yuo scrap tryign to get huge and just get your body prepared for doign that by getting into shape. im willing to put my life on it that you cant do 30 good pushups straight.

you are still young. so you have plenty of time to try and get "big". get back to basics with, pushups, pullups, situps, crunches, running, jumping rope, etc. just do things that will get you in shape. once you get in shape then yuo can worry about getting bigger and you body would be better prepared for a big workload.

if you do the above exercises i mentions i am 100 percent sure you will get in shape and start to see results. of course you have to keep your diet staright. but if you are interested in starting out with getting in shape just say so and there are plenty of people who wouldnt mind giving you advice with me included.

so just scrap lifint heavy. lift a little bit here and there but just focuse on what i suggested. it wont turn you into incredible hulk tomorrowbu it will leave you way better off than where you are at now

thanks monsta, but wont cardio and high reps of low weight (pushups) help my endurance muscles and make me skinny?

and about "giving up weights for a while" or whatever. fuck that. it's my dream to get big and strong and I'm NEVER going to give up. I'm not a quitter.

Monsta - great points, but it doesn't matter what the program is if you're not going to stick to it... 30 pushups is the same as 3x5 bench press if you don't do either one.

don't do either one? don't stick them out? are you saying I'm doing that?

check my training logs bro dated back from 2 years ago 3x5 rippetoes.

hmmmmm

I just don't get whats wrong here. there's gotta be a missing variable.

its not my diet. its not my consistency. it's not my sleep.

I'm thinking maybe it is my cardio... I never do cardio...

It is a good Idea to keep in mind many tall people have a weak bench due to long arms which means more force is required to move the weight than someone shorter, also the increased ROM makes it harder,
ahhh.

^^stop finding excuses... my arms are almost as long as my legs and i can still bang out a set of bench press.

cardio won't make you bulk up. you would know this if you ever read what any of us say to you. and as a matter of fact, kane posted a couple pages back about how in fact your diet, consistency, routine, goals, and everything else ARE in fact problematic.

this is such a waste of time.
