you being tall doesnt have anything to do with it. larry allen is 6'3 he can bench press 700 pounds.


no one told you to give up weights for good. but you lifting for 2 years has gotten you where.................................thats what i though. and do you know how many pushups boxers do? look at the boxers who are 6'3 and tell me if they are small, look at wrestlers, and tel lme if they are small. matter of fact i bet every pro gymnast can bench at least 100 pounds over their bodyweight for a one rep maxy and all they do is body weight stuff. those wont be the only things you are doing. but like i said its only prep for you to doing bigger things. but man its up to you. i just offered my 2 cents. crawl before you can walk.

OK, I'm done. This was the final nail in the coffin. I blatantly pointed out problems with your diet, progression and consistency. Your lack of cardio has nothing to do with anything, in fact it would help bulk if anything. How about you take some of the advice given to you instead of ignoring it? You're not some sort of mystical creature that is immune to a training effect. You're desperately grasping at straws to find the right answer to your problem. You clearly don't know shit about fuck.

And FYI, the link that you posted in bb.com (why aren't you growing sticky) was not written by the member that posted. First two posts were written by IronAddict and Matt Reynolds, good luck convincing people that they are full of shit

This is going nowhere. To avoid having three more pages of pointless hostility, I'm closing the thread.

I was very irritated by the bb.com thing but there is no use of turning this into a bru-haha. Everybody said their piece and could leave it at that.

The internet is a big place and while you may not have encountered people like this in your day to day life, chances are you will encounter a few people on the net who just CANNOT comprehend what is written for whatever reason.
