Wait did I insult you guys? WHOA my bad. Not what I meant. Please don't misunderstand me or my appreciation of this board. Without you guys I probably would still be benching the bar.

I was venting and pissed at being given incorrect advice ABOUT CERTAIN THINGS (specifically squatting to "pack on mass to the arms")

IT was a VENT. I'm sorry. Agreed you all have given me very detailed advice and I in no way meant to criticize the good advice or time you guys spent helping me.

I'm very appreciative of that.

?? why? so I can have big bulky legs and a puny upper body, because that's what happened.

I'm not mad at you guys, just at myself for blindly trudging the weight up in the squat rack not watching any serious mass being packed on the rest of my body other than my ass and thighs.

You mean my current Westside for skinny bastards pt 3 routine sucks? How come? I can't find a good routine.. ugh...

First off, it's a Ronnie Coleman thing. Not my own personal scripture.

As far as your bulky legs and puny upper body:
1)Ripp has upper body work in his routine
2)You never asked for any advice or stated your problem aside from what we just read on BB.com

you being tall doesnt have anything to do with it. larry allen is 6'3 he can bench press 700 pounds.


no one told you to give up weights for good. but you lifting for 2 years has gotten you where.................................thats what i though. and do you know how many pushups boxers do? look at the boxers who are 6'3 and tell me if they are small, look at wrestlers, and tel lme if they are small. matter of fact i bet every pro gymnast can bench at least 100 pounds over their bodyweight for a one rep maxy and all they do is body weight stuff. those wont be the only things you are doing. but like i said its only prep for you to doing bigger things. but man its up to you. i just offered my 2 cents. crawl before you can walk.
