Favourite: Squats (if you wouldve asked me 6 months ago I wouldve said I fucking hate them though ) & Floor Press

Least Favourite: JS Rows or Anything over 8 reps haha

no question my fave exercise is deads.

i dont think there's any exercise in my routine right now that i could call my least fave, they're all good.

Favorite - Pendlay rows or flat barbell bench

Least favorite - I like just about everything in my routine... except maybe tricep extensions, I hate those

fav has got to be Dead lift....nothing like seeing a bar bend

least would have to be...well....if i had to pick one it would be anything with calves

I use to hate pullups a lot because I could barely do one, but now that I can do them I like them a lot more.

Hmm theres nothing I absolutely hate. I hate not hitting what I shoot for on squats. They are the only thing that can really aggrevate me. Usually they make or break my workout. I never use to do bbell rows but love them now

Favorite would be squats, with bench as a close second. Bent over rows bring up the rear, but that might change as I get better at them
