Default Favorite and Least Favorite Exercise

What are your personal favorite and least favorite exercises (cardio does NOT count!!) to do? I am asking simply because I am curious and to start things off my favorite exercise is flat barbell bench (I do love to move the iron!!) and my least favorite exercise is weighted pull-ups because I am not a small person and it takes a hell of a lot of energy to pull my big rear end up (I still do it anyway cause it really benefits my back but I do not like it very much).

Well since you took out cardio I would have to say my least favorite is the Bent over barbell row. Not sure why, just find I can't hit big numbers and I dind it awkward .

My fav would be the decline bench press (decline, cause it puts less stress on my shoulders) and the SQUAT....which a few years ago would have been my least. And now that I haven't been able to do it I f***ing miss it.

good question.
favorite for me is a tie between BB Squats and BB Cleans and KB Snatches.

Least favorite....... hmmmmm.......
If I had to choose one I would have to say close grip bench. It kills my wrists.

Hands down deadlifts are my favorite, just seeing the bar bend when you fully extend is awesome.

least favorite would have to be leg curls, I dont do them often, usually only when i run a UD2 or something, but for some reason that movement makes my legs cramp something aweful, and it lasts for hours.

favorite is the Military Press or Seated Cable Row
least fav would have to be any exercise where a fellow gym member bumps into the heavy barbell causing it to fall and ruining my rhythm.. grr
