Ok a couple more ?'s before monday. Did you guys all flat bench it the whole time or did anyone switch it up with an incline or decline on fri's workout? I see in here its flat bench mon and a couple people vary on fri. Also im assuming Fri rows are JS just like mondays right? It just says row for fri on the program. Thanks again. I'm sure ill have more questions as i progress through this program and into dfht!
