Default Free weights, not machines

Free weight: Means the exercise by dumbbell and barbell
Machines: Such as the abdomen, leg , shoulder machines and other Click here for clarification

Basic exercises in your own bodybuilding training should contain exercises of free weight, and not machines.

Machines are useful, but for part of the muscle is not all of the muscle

And can thus exercise by machine after basic exercise of free weight

xample: A shoulder exercise machine works the front of the shoulder muscle only, but the seated barbell shoulder press exercise working on shoulder muscle as a whole

I do not know one got the amount of muscle by use the machines only.

The main reason for this is the lack of stability in exercise the muscle, and this is due to the machines operate within the limits of certain directions of the movement and thus machines help support the load in these trends and become part of the muscle is supported by you and the other part is supported by the machine and therefore have the machine fails in exercise all parts of the muscle

But free weight exercises with dumbbells and barbell working on a strong pressure on the muscle because of the style of loading, leading to exercise all parts of the muscle, which helps you build muscle well and very fast due to excess pressure on the muscle just as we talked in the previous topic that The use of heavy weights helps build muscle fast
