Here's a video of a 200 lb. guy doing 583 lbs. ASS TO THE GRASS...

Oh, and NO BELT/KNEE WRAPS!!

The amount of control that guy had was awesome. It didn't even look like he was trying.

thats come crazy stuff lol. Hey that thing about doing them 3 times a week, should i try doing those on more then just leg days?
