i am 5'4 or 5'5, 16 turning 17 this july, 145-155 pounds
been doing dumbells any sorts of workout i can with dumbells
since i was 12, i have 10s and 20s with a bike
been doing it for a month but haven't really see results
im thinking about adding swimming every saturday so ican loose some weight
lol im a noob and need help!
