Default General Workout Question

Hey guys,

I just started working out and eating right. Im 6'1 205lbs. 24 years old. I recently bought these Pre-Workouts

- Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy
- MP Assault Blue Arctic Raspberry 1.76 lbs
and
- Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Gourmet Vanilla - Whey Protein Isolate

I haven't started any of these yet but I plan on taking ON Amino Energy 30mins before my cardios and max interval training and I plan on taking MP Assault 30mins before my weight training. The Elite Whey Protein 30mins after each workout and 30mins after I wake up.

I also just ordered Milk Thistle pills and I currently take Lipodrene Appetite Control to cut off a few lbs. because of all of my past horrible eating and hardly working out. Right now I have a fat stomach and bigger thighs that I wanna cut down.

I am also trying to eat about 2,500 calories per day of fruit, vegetables, protein drinks, chicken, nuts, turkey, yogurt, etc....

Is there anything more I should be taking or doing? Is there anything I should cut out? and I also plan on taking Powerdrol after I stop the Lipodrene and cut off some lbs.

Anything to critique? Again I'm a beginner to working out/supplements but I am fairly active through sports.

Thanks Again!

You're doing one thing right--your calories look about right for your weight. But you've spent too much on supplements. Stick with Creatine Mono, a protein powder (if you can't get enough from your diet), a multivitamin, and fish oil. That's all you need. All the hype about pre-post workout supplements is a bunch of bull.

Just email me from my blog with any questions.

more reps and less weight means you will build leaner muscle so not get as big. and more weight less reps means you will get bigger faster and put bulk on. so just depends what you are aiming for.!

agreed! calories look alright, just keep in mind how much you're eating of the fruits and any other carbs!
Like some mentioned before, knowing what supplements to take and when is important, but they should only come after your diet.

Stick to the whey, multi, fish oils, and a creatine if need be.
Keep training hard with intensity and stick to your diet!

You'll do just fine. Good luck
