Hey guys, I'm new to the site so I'm still figuring out how this whole site works. But the main reason I joined is because I'm looking for a good mass building work out. I already have a pretty thick chest but I'm looking to add some mass to my arms and broaden my shoulders. I also need to get my shoulders bigger with out doing exercises that will put too much strain on them because i have a slight injury. ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!!
