I have been reading Brian Grasso...it's what he does..train kids. Hell..though, a lot to learn no matter how old you are.

But if you want the real dope on training kids and not this kind of rantish bullshit go here:

He's got a whole bunch of other great articles that may not be listed on that site.

He also has a blog. I can almost guarantee that he would call bullshit on the above "drill-sargeant" routine. It's like he mentioned in one article..many coaches behave like actors "overperforming" for fear that the audience will disapprove of their acting abilities. It's like a mindset of "they paid for it so I better deliver". But they are paying for a caoch to think about their entire development as athletes not just act like a dumbass jock.
