Default Getting back into it- what to do?

Hi folks,

I'm a 23 year old, 6'4, 185lb approx 15-20% bodyfat... Im pretty slim for hte most part however do need to trim in my stomach/pec area.

I was working out 5-6days a week starting in Jan-June of this year however with a career move and moving I have not been to the gym since late June & have lost whatever results I had got.

I am just wondering what is the quickest way for me to get back into things? Should I be pushing the weights, cardio? How often, anything I should be careful or do to get back into things quickly as possible? Im quite motivated and plan to get back to it tonight, any motivation, advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!
