So here's the deal, I'm 18 years old, 6"2', weighing in at around . I've been looking around the forums and I just can't find what I want... I don't want to get really big, I just want a really ripped body. For a beginner, it's really hard to understand all the different workout stuff and I'm stuck without a good workout routine/ diet plan for achieving my goal. I know you guys probably get alot of these requests but If you could help me out, it would be great :)
