I will definitely try it out, and see how it goes.

Is a day not enough to rest the muscles? I did 30 minutes of training, and I find it very difficult to do 20 continuous push ups. I get tired starting at 10 and extreme strain/pain after 20. Then I feel blood rush to my head. I usually can do around 20 before getting tired and 30 before pain kicks in.
Correction, I find it very difficult to do 20 continuous push ups the next day.

It is unbelievably annoying not being able to edit your own posts in this forum...

i think Push ups with hands close in and wide, Pull ups with a wide grip, close pronated and supinated grip &Triceps dips gonna work for you actually an arm is divided in three parts biceps, triceps and shoulder you can find many types of exercises on internet and specially on youtube that'll be helpful to you and easy to do in home. Checkout P90x its intense but really gonna work for you.
