Good form vs bad form

Default Good form vs bad form

Should you use bad form to get the last rep in, if you cant get it up using good form and u don’t have a spotter for a forced rep?

i use bad form when im gettin in the last rep, like when im doing cheat curls with heavy weights. i always assumed that it was ok as long as some of the movement was strict as u can get it at that point, but i dont think u start off at a weight where u are cheating from the first rep
