is this a good workout routine?

So how is it?....
Monday:triceps/back/shoulders
tuesday: cardio
wednesday:chest/biceps
thursday:legs
friday:abs/cardio
weekend rest
IM going to be doing cardio everyday regardless and i was wondering if I do the insanity workout by sean T between workouts would it affect me like doing it 2 hours before the gym?
please help me and give me tips improve the plan if you can please
