Default is this a good workout routine?


So how is it?....


tuesday: cardio




weekend rest

IM going to be doing cardio everyday regardless and i was wondering if I do the insanity workout by sean T between workouts would it affect me like doing it 2 hours before the gym?

please help me and give me tips improve the plan if you can please

so routine is ok, just don´t start withe triceps on monday. begin your workout wirh back or shoulder and do triceps at the end.
if you want to build up mass you schould not exaggerate your cardio training. in your case 2x/week is ok, but keep the intensity on a moderate level.
would also help to see the exercises you perform in the gym, would not be too bad, if you display´em

Can you be more specific? What exercises, sets, reps, weight, rest time between sets are you doing? What is your diet like? What are your goals?

Weight: 240 pounds

Bench: 415 (1x1)
Deads: 565 (1x1)
A2G Squat: 425 (1x1)

Cardio sucks
