Default What do I do on my off days?

Been using Rip's 3x5 A,B,A workout for a few weeks now. Lifting on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday. So what can/should I do on the other days? I'm trying to bulk, so obviously I don't want to do any killer cardio, but should I be doing any light treadmill work or anything at all? I just feel so lazy on my off days and I'm trying to keep the fat accumulation to a minimum.

You can do cardio on a bulk and to be honest I would recommend it. Adding in some light cardio on your off days will help keep the pudge down from the extra calories that you are consuming, especially since your current routine only has you in the gym for three days a week.

Something along the lines of fast walking or light jogging on an incline treadmill would work nice, but its really whatever you like to do. They key is just to make sure its not too intense.

Thanks Sleazy. I thought it seemed odd not doing anything at all. I'll start doing some light treadmill work in hopes of keeping the gut down.
