Default GTP Games Protocol

another one ;)

Ok I know almost no one has heard of this new program called GTP so I am going to tell you what all the commotion is about.

There are several ways to get your muscles to grow. By increasing lactic acid in the muscle you can cause increased growth hormone release and repair induce by lactic acid levels. You can increase testosterone and local IGF expression within the muscle. You can also cause growth by damaging or stressing the muscle cause it to release MGF, and IGF-IEa which cause your muscles to recruit and replicate stem cells for growth and repair. These are the 3 big one out there. There are some fine details in there as well. The problem with every workout program out there be it DC, HST, HIT, Traditional Splits, West Side you name it. They can not utilize all of these physiological processes. So you are never getting all you possibly can out of your workout. Some of these methods for growth are actually decreased in several of these programs but emphasizing another method. This could be the scientific explanation behind plateaus. After all what do we mean when we say the muscle adapts? The muscle is still willing to grow, and usually you have to change your workout to get out of a plateau right? Well that’s because you have emphasized one or maybe two methods of increasing muscle listed above but the limiting factor has now become the failure to stimulate the rest of the ways your body builds muscle.

The latest research in sports medicine has provided lots of information on all these methods. Through thorough research and putting pieces of the puzzle together that had otherwise been disassociated before I have come up with a program that allows you to stimulate every physiological process your body uses to build muscle. I was skeptical myself, but the day after my first workout I felt like I had actually grown all over... I was shocked at how good it looked and felt. So I had to get this out so I had testers try it as well. The results were the same. I have been tweaking and perfecting the program for the last few months and have actually made 2 versions of it because this workout is VERY intense. When you are invoking a physiological response this strong, it is very intense. This is not a workout for the faint hearted. This is not for the beginner. I purposely chose guys for my trial that were very experienced but had not been able to see real gains anymore or were at sticking points in their fitness. From what I read, you wouldn't have known because the gains are great.

The result is a physiological condition that can work for adding mass or lean gains and losing fat at the same time. I have had guys do both just by different diets. I can't tell you how excited I am to keep pursuing this program myself. I'm confident that this will become a staple routine of the Pros some day.

Everyone should keep in mind that Thegame46 is introducing his new program for personal training with this post. This isn't a flame or anything. I think I've seen this in every forum, and I think there's another piece to this?

People don't particularly use westside barbell for growth lol...Although I've gained another 6 pounds using it. Pretty good side effect since all I care about is strength anyways. Nothing wrong with a system that has over:

36 Members squat 800+ pounds! (This # has since gone up)

45 Members bench 550+ pounds (This # has also gone up)

8 members dl 800+ pounds (This # has also gone up)

..Unless he's referring to GROWTH?

DC and HST have phenominal results across the board. I'm anxious to see how someone can gain MORE using his training methods while keeping DIET the same.

Maybe Thegame46, a member here as well, can clarify the post with some more info?
