It depends on what I'm training. Can go up to 2 hours or up to 1 hour and 15 min. What's great is I train in my backyard.

Depends on the traffic in the gym. I usually workout really early in the morning (around 5:30 am). I feel like i'm the most energized then and can get through my workout faster as compared to working out in the evening. I usually train for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
