Default Hacky Sac...

I find hacky sac is an excellent way to "do cardio".
It gets your heart rate up and also greatly increases your balance and leg coordination.
The time flies by and before you know it you've spent a couple of hours kickin it up.

Can you hack it?
-Pete.

Wish I had any hand-eye...or hand-foot coordination. I'll just stick to running if I ever do cardio...which isn't much lately. lol

I remember hacky from HS! It was fun, but I always 'killed' the ball when I played :( I wouldn't mind trying it again, though!!

I thought cardio was walking from the couch to the fridge for a beer. Hacky would probably be fun too though.

No, Widdoes, you have to use HIIT for it to be cardio. Walk fast, then slow, then fast
