I think i'm going to try adding oatmeal in as a second breakfast. I hate the taste of the stuff, but maybe if I mix in some protein powder and a banana it will be good.

My plan is to keep the PB sandwich in the morning and then supplement the first piece of fruit with the oatmeal. If I manage to keep up with the protein and banana additions, that alone should add a few hundred calories. Hopefully I'll start to develop a taste for it and I can get another bowl in at night.
