Exclamation Help !!!!!!!

Hey iv wanted to get into olympic lifting forever and i just found a way
I have a normal barbell and weights at home but i want to have bumper plates in order to do olympic lifts, i looked on google and found this set that is normal weights with a ring around the edge, making it just like a bumper plate, dose any one know where to buy just the ring to slip over my normal plates

I didn't even know they made those. I don't know any site that have that, but here are some sites that offer Olympic weights. They may have the pads your talking about.
