Default Help on ABS for the summer!!!

Hey everyone ive been working out for about 5 months now and have noticed some significant changes in my body. BUT now summer is dead ahead and i want to now concentrate on yes...my abs.I am about 5'10 and 160lbs. Right now i am currently taking a few supplements."Quick Mass" a weight gainer...when i started working out i was a skinny guy and my main goal was putting on mass. I take 2-3 shakes a day, morning, post workout, and before bed...2x scoops.I am now abit bigger, shoulders broadend...but kinda still a skinny core.(i want that taper!) I just started taking "Cell Tech" a couple days ago as well...twice a day..in the morning and post workout one scoop, and on off days 12 hours after the first serving. And the last supplement i am on is "N.O Explode"..30-45mins before workout...a dietary supplent, focus, fascularity etc. Now since i am tryin to focus on my abs and core for the summer beaches!! I do about an hour to an hour and half weights and 20 to 30 mins cardio 5-6 days aweek. I work each muscle group aswell, Shoulders, Arms, Chest, Legs, Back. Some things are comming to mind and i hope you guys can help me out...im in to the whole working out routine now and im tryin to get the best results i can...Should i continue with the weightgainer if i am tryin to shape up on my abs (now im not talking absolutley ripped...im just tryin to get sum visual out of em...sum ripple lol)..? What about the other supplements i am currently on? For my ab routine i usually do the basic crunches, tucks, obliques, etc...and for cardio i either walk on the tred and stick to my HR(about 163) or bike and maintain my HR aswell. Now i am open to all suggestions!!...I would really appreciate it if you guys could gimme sum pointers on a great ab routine aswell as what to not and what to eat. I am a young guy, 18 soon to be 19 and my metabilism is quiet quick. Please try to help me out so i can have a nice stomach for the summer! haha....thnks to all...also i apologize if there is another thread similar to mine...thnks again...im looking forward to hearing from the bunch of ya!

N.O. Explode and Cell Tech are overpriced garbage. Pick a good workout plan, such as Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. Your abs grow just like all your other skeletal muscle. Crunches are just like if you put a 5 lb weight in your hand and curled that forever. Load up some weight on a decline bench.

yes, get a better program. Your prob killing yourself with all the lifting and running 6 days a week. Keep on the weight gainer, but food will be your best friend....EAT MORE. Scorch is right about your supps to. Might wanna to some sticky searching

The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is suffering from some sort of mental illness. Think of your three best friends -- if they're okay, then it's you.

Citruline Malate is the best replacement for N.O. Explode. Creatine Mono or CEE will replace Cell Tech. Check the stickies at the top of the training forum for great workout programs.
