oh man you guys havent check out the informercial for it...tony little the guy who designed that looks like hes always on speed during the whole informerical its quite entertaining, in fact you can see him on it in the link.

1) Thanks for the advice everyone! Yes, that Gazelle is a piece of CRAP, and its not fun at all, and doesnt do ANYTHING for your body (my mom bought it haha so I just used it)

2)As for the boxers, I think I can take that critisicm :D

Well, can you get to a gym? (Either a commercial gym or one at school?)

start with a basic routine ae_boi. umm... i would pesonally advise u to join a gym. no matter how many weights u got at home - a gym is always the best.

i would say try this next routine for 8 weeks, then get back to me.

WORKOUT #1: CHEST , SHOULDERS , TRICEPS
EXERCISE SETS PER EXERCISE REPS PER SET
1.) Flat Bench Press 3 10
2.) Flat Dumb Bell Flyes 3 15
3.) Dumb Bell Pull Overs 2 15
4.) Seated Dumb Bell Side Raises 3 12-15
5.) Seated Dumb Bell Front Raises 3 12-15
6.) Dumb Bell Shrugs 2 15
7.) Dumb Bell Over Head Tricep Extension 3 15
8.) Parallel Bar Dips 3 5-10

WORKOUT #2: BACK , BICEPS , ABS
EXERCISE SETS PER EXERCISE REPS PER SET
1.) Chins 5 10
2.) Dumb Bell Rows 3 15
3.) Hyper Extension 2 15
4.) Seated Dumb Bell Curls 3 15
5.) Hammer Dumb Bell Curls 3 10-15
6.) Dumb Bell Concentration Curls 2 15
7.) Reverse Crunches 3 15
8.) Full Crunches 3 15

WORKOUT #3: LEGS , CHEST
EXERCISE SETS PER EXERCISE REPS PER SET
1.) Leg Press 3 15
2.) Leg Curls 3 15
3.) Dumb Bell Lunges 3 15
4.) Push-ups 5 20-25

Well, take day 4 off and then begin from day 1 again.

i have given you a workout which requires lighter weight so that your strenght increases and you get some stable muscle. After this workout we can assign u a complicated 1. and be prepared for muscle soreness. i have never taken supplements so iwont noe what u shud take or what u shudnt. i only take optimum whey protein (2 scoops per day). have a good time.

I know plenty of people who disagree with that statement. Some people are uncomfortable in a gym. Sometimes the hours are inconvenient. Or even just travelling to the gym may cause problems.

Several people I know got pretty big in their home gyms.

perhaps - i was only stating my opinion on "me" working out at home instead of the gym. i apologize if i hurt someone. i didnt mean to. and yes - a few disciplined people have gotten pretty big working out at home instead of the gym.

I do home gym during summer because I work 5am-6:30 pm but then in school I can use gym.

a gym in my opinion is always better, unless you have alot of things in your house. for a few years i worked out in my house i had a treadmill, ski machine, bench with leg extension and a bowflex. even with all of that stuff it still was hard to workout, because its hard to be switching things around and after a while it gets annoying to be taking plates off of a dumbell bar and switching then while in a gym i just drop the dumbells and then pick up a different set. i would advise joining a gym if you dont already have an kickass homegym, or a huge budget to spend on your equipment. but i also understand that some people definatly dont feel comfortable working out in a gym, sometimes i dont especially when im benching 225 and the guy next to me is doing the same amount of weight but doing it like its nothing. If your school has a gym that you can use it would save you tons of money and chances are your school will be local and you wont have very far to travel, most of the time during the summer schools will have training sessions for athletes on school sports to workout and get ready for the season and there is usually a coach there that can watch you and make sure your not doing anything wrong. If that doesnt work then i would definatly incourage you to join a gym

My brother just gave that machine to my mother... I love to see her killing herself doing her workout.... She looks funny, but I tell her she is doing good lol
