I had a system like that a few yrs back. I worked out three times a few while doing. I just had to bit the bullet and lift even on the days I worked.

If you "built" yourself a squat rack, got yourself a bench, olympic bar, and lots of weights you would be set. Thats all you actually need for the 5x5 at minimum. The only thing else i can think of off the top of my head is a pullup bar (but im sure you can just grab the top beam of the squat rack if need be) and a dip station.

Yeah i found a rack system made by Bigger,Faster, Stronger. I think if i build one thats the way i am going to go. It is a bench squat rack pull up bar and weight storage in one. High as hell if you bought it but i can build it alot cheaper. Oh i was kinda skeptic about the way i would feel after a workout on the 5x5 i tried to kinda find my 5 rep maxs ramping the weight yesterday and i am sore as hell today. Still have to figure out the work out. The ramping weights one day then next workout lifting less the more on the friday i don't totally understand it yet. But i have only read it once so the more i read it i know it will make more sense. Later guys
